Berry Soup!

Mixed Berry Soup

  • 2lb Strawberries
  • 4oz Blueberries
  • 6oz Raspberries
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2 cups White Zinfandel
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Vanilla Iecream (optional)

Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan on medium/high and bring to a boil.

Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool until just warm.

Remove cinnamon sticks and blend. (I used a stick blender.)

Straine through mesh strainer to remove most seeds.

Cover and refridgerate for 8hours or until chill.

Serve Cold with or without Vanilla icecream.
